SMT Assembly Machine Operator

SisTech Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual for set-up, programming, and operation of machinery used in SMT assembly. All applicants must have the ability to quickly and accurately load, program, and operate the equipment in strict accordance with program configurations, company standards, and on the job training. Qualified applicants will meet the following list of requirements and be able to demonstrate competency in these areas through a pre-employment exam. Only those applicants with proven, relevant experience and/or a lot of common sense and a convincing desire to master a new vocation will be considered.

Soldering / Assembly Technician

SisTech Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals with recent, relevant experience in precision hand soldering of both SMT and thru‐hole components.  This is a full time, permanent position with an immediate start date.  All applicants must be able to precisely follow written and oral work instructions and be willing to work in a variety of roles as directed.  Qualified applicants will meet the following list of requirements and be able to demonstrate competency in these areas through a pre‐ employment exam.  We are only accepting resumes from applicants with at least one year of recent, relevant work experience.

Requirements:

  • Precision SMT and thru‐hole soldering utilizing both Leaded and Lead‐Free solder
  • Must be able to work and solder under a Microscope
  • Ability to identify standard electronic components and packages
  • Familiarity with proper electronic component handling procedures
  • Experience using soldering irons and other hand tools
  • Experience with De‐soldering, post solder re‐work, and other high level assembly skills
  • Ability to read, interpret, and accurately follow written work instructions, assembly drawings, Bill of Materials, safety guidelines, and other documents
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in written reports
  • Ability to follow strict quality standards
  • Very high attention to detail
