SisTech offers full turnkey assembly services. From procurement of components to testing and drop shipping fully assembled, tested units. Whether you are looking for larger production volumes or the smallest of prototype volumes, let SisTech assist you.

KITTING SERVICE

SisTech values its Customers. With that said we understand that sometimes they do not always need assembly services, but still need materials procured and kitted. We are happy to be able to offer a detail, price conscious kitting service. Components or Materials can be procured, lot tracked, labeled (iaw Customer requirements) and delivered directly to the Customer.

MECHANICAL DESIGN AND 3D MODELING

SisTech now offers complete mechanical design services. From individual components to complex multi-component assemblies, we can take your ideas and create a design in either 2D or 3D that will meet or exceed your project goals. Whether you need an enclosure designed for your PCB assembly, a front panel to complete your product, or the design of an unrelated product or concept, we can help you go from concept to market.

Obsolescence Management

We view component obsolescence management as more than just a service to our customers. It is an essential part of your continued success. Obsolete electronic components pose significant risk to any design. We are dedicated to reviewing both new and existing designs for any and all component obsolescence issues and to further identify when existing components are scheduled to be End of Life (EOL).

PCB LAYOUT

SisTech offers in house PCB layout services. We can capture your schematic and complete the board layout to enhance performance and manufacturability. When combined with our turnkey assembly services, we can save you time and money with a seamless integration from our engineering staff to our MRP system and production.

The team at SisTech has years of experience working with PMC, XMC, cPCI, VME, AMC, uTCA, aTCA and VPX form factors. In addition to the form factors listed we are capable of assembling any form factors presented to us by our Customers.

Due to the growth nature of this industry, time-to-market is often a critical factor. We provide rapid prototyping services, including complete turnkey manufacturing resulting is product being shipped within 72 hours of our receiving of the complete data package.

Aerospace

Our team has many years of experience providing products to the Aerospace industry. We are certified to ISO9001 but our Quality Management System was designed to comply with AS9100C standards and specifications. Our employees are certified to J-Std-001, IPC-A-610 as well as IPC-7711/7721. Our continuous training programs are designed to ensure that we deliver only the finest quality of materials and workmanship to every customer. Embedded

We excel at electronic assembly for the high-tech embedded marketplace. With our attention to detail and quality we have continually proven that no product is too complex. We are proud of our success rate on products such as i7 SBCs in VME, cPCI and VPX form factors. We also have a proven track record with PMC, ATCA, uTCA, PCI, PCIe, mPCI as many others. We currently build products for a variety of domestic and international customers in the embedded industry.

 

 

Military

SisTech was started by people with tremendous experience manufacturing military products exclusively. We have worked on some of the largest projects over the years. We are capable of not only building and testing your products, but assisting with the layout, and the mechanical designs related to your project. We can also assist with obsolescence management and prevent EOL issues from becoming issues!

 

 

Consumer

Products designed and built for the consumer market are now mostly manufactured overseas. However, we have proven to many of our customers that we provide competitive pricing and better quality products than the larger CMs or even the off-shore manufacturers on high volume products.
