From there, we’ll procure the material and manufacture the assemblies using one of our state-of-the-art SMT lines, employing advanced pick-and-place technology, and selective solder machines for thru-hole components. We use a multi-step AOI process to inspect all assembled products, ensuring proper component placement, solder joint integrity, and overall quality, as well as X-Ray technology for verification and troubleshooting. We also provide testing if that is a service that is required, including functional testing, in-circuit testing, and other customized testing procedures.
