SisTech has purchased a new Nordson Dage Rudy X-Ray with X-Plane analysis. The ability to be able to inspect any plane throughout an assembly without having to cut or otherwise destroy the assembly will allow us to provide valuable feedback to our customers. After using our existing EcoSelect II for the last 3 years and to accommodate our growth, SisTech has installed our 2nd ERSA EcoSelect II machine. SisTech Manufacturing is set to install our new 3rd SMT line the first week of November 2014. We have once again chosen Europlacer as our Pick-N-Place machine provider, going with their IINEO II dual gantry system. We have also chosen to use their SP700avi automatic screen printer. Quality is imperative to SisTech. As part of our continuous process improvement, SisTech has purchased Mirtec’s new MV9-3D AOI system. The real-time 3D visualization of the components on an assembly will ensure that sometimes hard to identify defects such as lifted leads or pillowed pads will not escape our inspection process.
If our effort t to provide faster turnaround and lower cost solutions for mixed technology and through hole technology products while still maintaining the quality SisTech is known for we have again chosen ERSA for our soldering needs. With the addition of the new ERSA wave we will be better able to service our high volume customers.
